Description
From 2019, Ha Thanh has constructed many rubber lining projects for chemical tanks (HCL, NaOH, Chlorine Brine), seawater pipes accessories and chemical pipeline sections. After completing the anti-corrosion rubber coating, these products will be put into use at Bien Hoa Chemical Factory (Vicaco), Vedan Factory.
Solution
According to each type of chemical with particular technical data (concentration, working temperature,…), Ha Thanh will suggest the suitable rubber:
OHJI Hard Rubber E-7 3mm, 4mm;
OHJI Hard Rubber E-15 4mm;
- OHJI Hard Rubber E-8 5mm (Chlorine tank).
Procedure
Vulcanization in autoclave with OHJI Hard Rubber E-7, E-8.
Open steam with OHJI Hard Rubber E-15.
