PTFE/PFA Lining

Synthetic Resin Coating of PTFE – PFA

Ha Thanh Company provides synthetic resin coating services using PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) and PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) for various industrial applications. With their chemical resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and sustainability, PTFE and PFA coatings are widely used in piping systems and equipment in the chemical, food, and wastewater industries.

Our strengths

  • Outstanding product quality

Using genuine PTFE and PFA materials ensures that the coating has effective corrosion and heat resistance, meeting the highest industry standards.
  • Advanced technology

Applying modern coating technologies provides a uniform and durable coating with chemical corrosion resistance up to 260°C, ensuring optimal durability for equipment.
  • Guaranteed coating thickness

Ensures a uniform coating thickness from 2.4mm to 3.5mm, enhancing protection capabilities and increasing the lifespan of the equipment.
  • Deep Expertise and Flexible Applications

As a pioneer in the rubber technology and industrial coating industry, Ha Thanh Company has extensive experience in providing coating solutions across various industries, including chemicals, oil and gas, food, and pharmaceuticals.

Workflow

  • STEP 01

    Survey and evaluate equipment

The technical team conducts a detailed survey of the equipment to be coated, assesses the surface condition of the equipment, and determines the technical requirements along with the most suitable coating method.

  • STEP 05

    Quality inspection & handover

The coating is subjected to quality inspection using non-destructive methods (thickness measurement, adhesion testing, dielectric testing...) to ensure it meets technical requirements. After quality inspection, the equipment is accepted and handed over to the customer.
