Ha Thanh applies cold vulcanization and heat vulcanization for rubber resistant to corrosion from various substances such as HCl, NaClO, H2SO4, H3PO4 in concentrations that can cause corrosion and temperatures up to 95°C.

Application of directly vulcanized Ohji Hard Rubber on-site
The application of directly vulcanized Ohji Hard Rubber on-site is an excellent choice for corrosion resistance against 32% HCl acid. Direct vulcanization ensures hardness and strong adhesion between rubber-to-rubber and rubber-to-metal bonds. Therefore, hard rubber (Natural Hard Rubber – Type D) is always a safe and professional choice for anti-corrosion applications involving HCl acid, H₂SO₄, and NaOH.
