Project Description
In May 2017, Ha Thanh completed the rubber lining and delivery of 14 basket strainers, designed for saline and impure environments, to the Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical LLC (NSRP). The project met all technical, quality, and timeline requirements under the strict supervision of the investor and the JGCS joint venture (Japan and South Korea).
Project Success
- Total completed lining area: 360m².
Solution
- Rubber used: 3mm E-7 hard rubber (from OHJI, Japan), offering excellent resistance to chemicals and seawater.
Process
- The rubber was vulcanized in an autoclave at the Ha Thanh workshop. The equipment was later inspected after installation and operation in Nghi Son, Thanh Hoa.
