The application process for an agitators includes the following steps:

  • STEP 02

    Primer/ Bond Coating

    After cleaning, a special primer is applied to enhance adhesion for the rubber lining. Next, an appropriate adhesive is used to ensure the best bond between the rubber lining and the metal surface. Additionally, another primer layer may be applied to enhance protection and adhesion.

    Rubber Lining

    The rubber is cut to appropriate dimensions and securely wrapped around the agitator blade surface. This process must be performed carefully to eliminate air pockets between the rubber and the surface.

    Autoclave Curing

    After lining, the products are placed in an autoclave with steam pressure to cure and strengthen the rubber layer.

    Inspection
